Cheesecake & Jazz
When Jeff was a teenager and an aspiring musician in New York City in the 1970’s, he and a friend used to go out to listen to jazz in various NYC jazz clubs. Most clubs had a 2-drink minimum per set and since they were too young to drink, they would order a glass of milk and a piece of cheesecake. New York, being both the Cheesecake and Jazz capital of the world, they were treated to some of the best cheesecake and the best music around. What a delicious combination! This taste is a memory, which is very much present for Jeff all these years later and sowed the seeds for what has now become Jeff’s Cheesecake.
